Teapot Cottage in Bempton is a truly dog friendly property on the East Coast of Yorkshire, no charges for dogs, fully enclosed garden at the back and good wifi. With original features, wood / tile and carpeted floors and doggy blankets for furniture, an open fire, the cottage has a good sized double bedroom and a twin room, travel cot and a single pull out in the twin room if necessary.

Teapot Cottage is located opposite the village church, a stone’s throw from the White Horse Inn and a mile away from the RSPB Bempton Cliffs. Built in 1760, the cottage is full of character and tastefully decorated to cater for couples and small families, and of course your well behaved pets! With a double and a twin room, all linen and towels provided and beds made on arrival. With original beams and an open fire, it truly is home from home. The garden and patio area is private and fully enclosed for your furry friends.

Other features include free wifi, TV with freeview, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas central heating and the bathroom includes bath and a shower. Bempton train station is a 5 minute walk and regular bus links to nearby towns.

The White Horse Inn is 30 seconds from the door with a good menu, takeaways and allows dogs in the outside seating area.There are many other dog friendly pubs within a couple of miles. The highlight of it’s location is being a 10 minute walk to RSPB Bempton Cliffs nature reserve, and underneath this is a 5 mile stretch of beach to Filey. In the other direction is Flamborough and its famous lighthouse and small enclosed beach at Thornwick Bay. Ideally situated, close to all the traditional seaside fun and swimming in Bridlington and Scarborough.
